Dutch's, then Horsham Towne, then Lancers

This corner of Maple Avenue and Easton Road has fed Horsham since the 1940s. Plenty of people still call it Dutch's. It was the Horsham Towne Diner until 1991 — known for big breakfasts, baked goods and a clear view of the airfield.

Lancers took over that year and added the soups, the salad bar and a newer look. Peter, the owner, is the first to say the place is the sum of everyone who worked here before him.
